Our mission
The Middle East moves fast: markets, sports, politics, energy. Yet the tools for turning what our region knows into signals anyone can read have always been built elsewhere, in other languages, for other audiences. OkazMarket is our answer: a prediction market platform built for the Middle East first, in Arabic first.
Why "Okaz"?
Souk Okaz was the most famous market of pre-Islamic Arabia. Every year near Taif, traders, poets, and leaders gathered not only to trade goods, but to exchange opinions, settle debates, and hear the best arguments of their time. It was a marketplace of ideas as much as of goods, which is exactly what a prediction market is. We chose the name as a promise: to build a modern souk where the region's knowledge meets.
Region first
We believe the people closest to an event understand it best. Between football fans in Riyadh, energy analysts in Abu Dhabi, and students in Cairo, our region collectively holds enormous knowledge about its own future. OkazMarket gives that knowledge a home: Arabic-first design, markets that matter locally, and a product shaped around how our region actually trades, shares, and debates.
